Ronysha Fletcher is the founder of Apprenticeships Now International LLC and will serve as SME for this project.  Ms. Fletcher has over fifteen years of experience planning and analyzing human capital needs and providing exceptional workforce development services to public and private entities across the country—with primary leadership in Pennsylvania. She has serviced customers in development of registered apprenticeship programs to ensure a reliable and secure supply of properly skilled labor by formerly working as the PA ATO Apprenticeship Program Manager. Ms. Fletcher has exceptional experience in analyzing the economic conditions for local/regional/statewide stakeholders through examination of prevailing trends in the labor environment.  She has presented her work at state and national convenings, program sponsor worksites, and internationally (London). She is a resource in incorporating apprenticeship language within collective bargaining agreements. Ronysha has a degree in Political Science from Bard College at Simon’s Rock.
