She has created innovative programs and platforms that leverage cutting-edge technology to deliver personalized and engaging learning experiences to tech founders around the world.

Throughout her career, Randy has also been a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in tech and education. Most recently speaking to lawmakers in Albany New York alongside Coinbase to showcase real world use cases for blockchain technology. Randy has worked tirelessly to promote access to quality education for underserved communities and to empower students from diverse backgrounds to achieve their full potential.

Randy holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Berkeley College, New York City , and a Master's degree in Organizational leadership from Mercy College. She is the president of the Prospanica New Jersey chapter, a non profit organization focused on advancing the careers of Hispanic professionals. Randy is also a member of various professional organizations in the technology and education fields.
