As his firm’s principal attorney, Nigel S. Scott, Esquire, began his legal training in the Delaware County Office of the Public Defender, representing underprivileged individuals charged with crimes. Nigel then continued his development as a trial lawyer, when he tried misdemeanors and minor felonies as a prosecutor in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. The combined experience allowed Nigel to gain valuable experience and insight into both perspectives across the aisle, as a defense attorney and later as a prosecutor.

Nigel’s litigation expertise is also reflected in his 10 years as a court-appointed arbitrator in Pennsylvania’s First Judicial District. The combined experience has served Nigel well, making him a skilled and assured litigator, with compassion and commitment to justice.
