Alicia Holmes
Serving as the former fiscal director of New York University, Alica has experience in pre-award administration and the development process of line item budgets for grants in compliance with their New York State contractual agreements in the areas of admissions, instruction, advisement administration, and financial aid. Oversaw the execution of human resource activities, including transactions for full-time and part-time staff members and final sign-off for all hires as budget officer. Developed and managed financial projections and internal operating budgets for grant and cost-sharing accounts and oversight of all account activity. Involved in post-award compliance, and assisted with closeouts, related problems, and resolutions.
Alicia currently serves as an empowering supportive financial coach and educator providing clients with action-driven plans to support personal and financial growth. She can break down complex concepts into easily understood information and demonstrates success working collaboratively to set and achieve short-and long-term financial goals.
